• The same shall constitute a binding Agreement between the User (party of the First Part) and Ajcon EduFin Pvt Ltd (referred to as “AEPL”) having its registered office at 101, Samarth, 151 Lt. • Use of the Website is available to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law and persons who are incompetent to contract are not eligible to use the Website. By using this Website, the User expressly represents that he / she has read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
• AEPL will not treat the User of the Website as its Client by virtue of the User accessing the Website.
• fincrimeexpert.com is a portal for creating a full eco-system for Financial Crime Professionals, be it trends, events, forums, opportunities, jobs, resource requirements, knowledge sharing, data resources, fintech/regtech tools, training & certification. The Website is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its members/ users, visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and / or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies, career enhancement services and other resources hosted on the portal.

[ACCOUNT]

• The User will be required to create an account to use some of the services offered on the Website. The User shall be responsible for safeguarding its account, maintaining confidentiality of account and password and for restricting unwanted access. The User shall not share the password or do anything that might put its account at risk.
• Paid features are subject to refund and cancellation conditions as specified during the transaction.

• AEPL may, without limiting other remedies, immediately issue warning, temporarily or indefinitely refuse/ terminate access to the Website if the User breaches the Terms and Conditions of the Website and/ or if AEPL is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the User and / or AEPL believes the User’s actions may cause legal liability to it or other users or upon AEPL and / or if there is a request by law enforcement/ government agencies and/ or in case of unexpected technical issues or problems.
